Vehicle just came from other shop with no respond from comfort control module
check all fuses they all OK they already tried 2 used CCM did not help.
in attachment full scan 
but one think why other module does not complain abaut missin signal from CCM
for example if i disconnect ABS module i have error like this 
18057 - Powertrain Data Bus P1649 - 000 - Missing Message from ABS Controller.
But in this situation no module complain about missing CCM.

hy... it seem strange to me that confort module is not on your VCDS scan list. So i think your confort module is not on instalation list on your CAN (adress 19). Tray adding your confort module via CAN Gateway installation list - based on VCDS site you need to add: adress 46 ->

[46] - Comfort System

tried with my old vcds clone and cant see that option 
tried with ori vcds and no option

I think that car is to old for that procedure
i tried same thing on 2006 jetta and there is option to check what control unit are listed
so nothing wrong with my VCDS

Seems that car is too old for this option. In this case i dont know what else coud be the problem. Usualy all control units are listed in VCDS so you can check them... In your case is strange that no other controles comlain about missing confort unit???

Im sorry but at this point i dont have idea what can be the couse of this problem. You can also check wiring of CCM unit... You can check here for wiring and maby related problem.
