Hello. I need normal working solution for egr off. Now i have P0405 fault and somethimes i have limp mode. I have tried to zero hysteresis and turn off DTC, but then i have limp mode and no dtc. Maybe doing something wrong. Attaching original file, please help remove egr and egr related limp mode.

Hi Jurebv, i already have tried to zero 2 and 4 hyst + disabled P0405, but car somethimes goes into the limp mode without any errors. After zero this hyst, dpf regenerations will work or not anymore ?

With my solution dpf regen will work.

Do some logs , log specified and actual boost...if egr is mechanically bad can make car underboost/overboost so in that case closing mechanically is required

If egr throws electrical fault such as P0405 , need only do dtc off or need something more ?

try to remove the plug

sometimes has to be blocked physically/mechanically, not enough to remove plug
