your immo off

you must write protect 95320 in setting in eeprom programer

Give this a go 

NOTE 1: unplug immobox
NOTE 2: write eeprom dump with "Write Protect" Enabled
for upa-usb use byte 8C in status register 

Clear dtc  and start the car
