    Hy guys,
I updated my CIC maps with version Europe Premium 2019-1 and after that voice control didn't works.
What can i do?!
All the certificates are accepted (photo attached).

check if the navigation item works.
if that doesn't work either, .. reinstall the map ...

if this step does not work, the cic must be flashed.

All the things work fine..... it apears all the indication but no voice control.
I reinstalled but same .....without voice control.

voice of navigation run,.. o not run?

To be more clear..... voice of navigation (for map indication) not run....
Excuse my english.
When i insert an adress the road that i must follow makes grey and in the cluster instrument apear an arrow that show me when to turn left or right but voice indication it didn't work.
when voice control must say to me some indication to follow the route the volum of the music became smaller for 1 second and no voice indication.

when the navigation direction comes on, turn up the volume using radio volume or steering wheel control.

This can also be changed in settings

Trust me that the volume is almost to the maximum and same situation.... when the navigation direction comes on the volume became smaller 1 second (like it start specking indication) and after that revert to the maximum.
