Nec + 95128 its very popular for me on bench ... 

Today i try as usually read code, connected all cables 
after reading code , reboot so all good.
So i power up , try code. work ok. 

Disconnected main power cable , programming box 
undersold cable , and radio die ...no power consumption at all ...0.00A

I try find some short or damage part but no luck ..

eeprom its ok. i can read data and have 3v 

maybe someone have same problem and solved that 
im open for any suggestions

Today i have other rcd510 on s29gl128 and RNS310 read code whiteout any hassle so box and cables are good.

When you undersold it , are you sure that you dont touched the mainboard somewhere with the hot iron?Eaven a slight scratch between the printed circuit and iron could lead to bricked or a faulty mainboard.Eventualy a static charge could have killed it but i doubt.Its always better to ground yourself before doing this risky stuff.

well, i cant say i didn't do that , could happen and probable happen.
that's why unit doesn't work .

In past few years have read those codes a lots.. that is not my first radio but that happen me first time...
That's why im little confuse ...what i did wrong ,cause iv'e got a code

Yesterday i check all mosfet . all ok , found one capacitor short to the ground but still have short ..
check board under microscope step by step and no suspected found

i asking hear cause maybe someone have similar  problem and there is some typical elements on board which they bust ...
 i read date of nec , no problem
read data of eeprom , no problem

nec+eeprom no problem
ok... some day i try find .. 
lucky that was my radio unit not costumer
