Like ISTA says, you're probably looking at a mechatronic swap since park is electronically engaged. I would take a look underneath to make sure nothing is weird with the park release lever. You might be able to test and repair the parking piston, if you are so inclined. The 8HP service manual is around, I can post a link later when I get near a PC.

Hey, i have the same issue since 2 months in my F01 750i with ZF 6HP Gearbox

replace your solenoids, all will be best but if not just the two parking solenoids with bridge cable

It depends of error code.
If it is solenoid - ista should show trouble code related to park solenoid @Snypertje You have ZF 6HP or 8HP ? |
