RE: Can someone Remap file for Ford Focus 2002 1.6 16V
Off the top of my head I think this engine uses Ford EECV ECM although I'm not sure, this engine is weak 1.6 16v 90horsepower, the way you have written your post seems that you need to learn conventional engine tuning methods and then worry about ECU based tuning, there's no point making the car rev to 9000rpm, you will probably need a standalone ECU and setup ignition and injection tables to suit which will take a long time.
Furthermore the engine will hate itself if it revs to 9000, the crankshaft sensor will think what the he'll is going on and probably cut ignition. The valve springs will probably snap or will not keep the valves closed at that speed of revolution, the fuel pump will probably not supply fuel too, the injectors pro ably cannot open that fast either. Don't waste your time, best tuning things you can do to this engine is Bike carburettors Slightly advanced ignition Higher RON fuel Full exhaust Full cold intake Port and polish Light flywheel Etc etc With the above mods and a good clean dialled in map you may see 140~hp Have a good read about conventional tuning, maybe even megasquirt/megajolt and turbo it with a small Rhf3, td04 etc Start learning Gold luck |

This engine has, Ram Intake, SS2 high speed cams, straight pipe exhaust without Cat, upgraded coil pack & leads, lightened flywheel, competition clutch, Port & polished head, head has been skimmed by 0.027mm and high strength head bolts installed, a lot of work done, hence the map requests
