I have finally and semi-successfully built my T30 to run DAS 09.2008 Gold so I can work on my 2003 W220 S500.

I've got DAS loaded, the connection layer seems to work and is green lights, but I can't select Passenger cars, it is missing. All the other sections are there like Smart cars, Bus, Truck, Unimog etc.



I can establish some kind of communication layer to the car if I select Vario, but it returns no data.





Can anyone suggest how I get the passenger cars section to appear? Forgive my ignorance if this is obvious, but this is my first encounter with Mercedes diagnostic software and I found nothing obvious when I did a forum search.

As a possible red herring, there were a few errors about Windows XP SP3 file versions being incorrect during the installation, and when I launch Xentry I get this error:

Says it is commonlic.dll error, so my guess is YOU Need to replace that and maybe StarUtils.exe and lic_key_2.dat

i think it is commonlic.dll needs replace or it is BAD KEY

I'm wondering what version of Xentry did you installed with DAS,cause at that time Xentry not exist,so do not wonder too much
I have same DAS 10.2008 golden version installed,but just DAS , no any Xentry
I try to pair lots of Xentry version with this DAS but nothing worked so forget about

m8 you are completely wrong
first Xentry release if I'm not wrong was 09.2009 or somewhere in 2009 but not at all in 2008

I think he MIXed something inside

i never saw any xentry when use 2008 version

maybe mix the lic file with the newest or
bad ingredients
try to explain more specific
and do not use any unnecessary files
