I have a Porsche Cayenne with a PCM 3.0 navigation system (firmware 1.40). I am interested in updating to the newest USA maps and firmware. I also am interested in other activation codes for voice control, etc.

Anyone know how to get this done?

All is possible. But you have to use Piwis 2 tester

For anyone reading this, a 2.23 disk exists which contains both 1.47 and 2.23. I could not get the radio to go past 1.47, until I built a custom iso with just 2.23 and a tweaked file. I think this is because there were interim updates (2.XX) that must be performed prior to 2.23.. anyway I got it to load 2.23 and then 2.24.

I’ll post the tweaked file later if anyone’s out there is following along. I didn’t need PIWIS to load the updates, just insert the disk and press confirm. The dealer will need to reload the maps as apparently only they have the DVD’s for USA...
