Hello friends..

A client brought UK vauxhall Vivaro van . It cannot start the engine. The immobilizer light keeps beight solid when the vehicle is powered ON. I thought maybe the transponder is damaged or the antenna or the immobilizer. I removed its ECU but the key security light kept flashing.. I cant find the immobolizer location.. I then removed its cluster but I cannot find any eeprom to use to re-write the key by dump.

i have x 100 pro, Tango and Autel Maxi 906BT

any heads?

please always provide more infos about car model and year
i think you should find the immo data in bcm

it is 2003 model Disel engine.. I did not think BCM may contain they key data in the first place,.Thanks for the heads up., I will keep in touch If anything. I should look for the BCM first

The immo is built into the UCH drivers side behind dash.  
If immo fault the light usually flashes fast and is usually the key. If it stays permanently on then this would indicate a coded line or multiplex problem. Are you able to talk to both the Injection computer & the UCH ?
If so what faults are permanent in either ?

Found the eeprom 93c66 in the BCM
and for the Immo light that stays Solid when the vehicle is powered on , I thing I should diagnose the car again.. Last time I did it gave me something like No communication with BCM and the like.

when I opened the BCM, which is also the immobilizer I released that water got in the device and they are some carbons on The PCB. may be the BCM is faulty

I re-write the key from the chip gotten in BCM
I used Renault Traffic on Tango
it worked.
Client is happy.
