Has anyone confirmed this working?

When trying to install the Europe West map my car is asking for USB2. Do i need to install East maps too?

Today i tried Road Map East Premium 2019-1 and i want to confirm that this not working because it's 3 X USB version
CIC/NBT FSC Set - NBT USB files
Full FSC Set + CarPlay Fullscreen + VIM + M startup screen - NBT EVO ID5/6

Asked before, only one time and for any starting update  version unless you putted the life time one at the previous update.

My nav version just says Europe Premium 2011 ECE

so do i download East or Western europe or do i download both and install both files ?
