BMW e60 525d 41AA error code
Hello.
I have this dreaded code 41AA and can’t get it fixed. I already changed new turbo, new MAP sensor, all vacuum lines are new, the air system has no leaks. The car has stage 1 and Dpf off. When the error code appears, the car seems like on stock power 177hp; if i restart the car, the car drives fine like 218hp. Does anyone know a fix for this code? Thanks! |

Yes, it goes into some kind of limp mode... let’s say from stage 1 to stock power. I spoke with a tuner today and he says it is related to bad dpf off...
I run air mass test with Ista, all values are proper. |

i think it can be 2 options 1) variable nozzle have an fallout 2) if do you have the dpf only pierced and not replace to an metal pipe, the backpressure may be too high.
