Because you don't have connection with a car and/or you didn't manually write VIN of the car.

From Odis 5.1.3 for to start any diagnosis session, Odis must watch (recognize) the 12v power battery voltage from the car anymore.........

I've downloaded this ver but i can't connect to the car,my interface is China clone 5054:

so whats the latest ver of ODIS S that could be work with all vag brands without any issue?
