guys have a question , 


i installed odis 5.1.3 with succes so it launches and comes on the screen with VIN and username password .
But the only problem is when i connect Genuine VAS6154 it detects everything that is good sign.

so when i connect vas6154 to the car it detects the VIN number and shows on the screen. 
but the problem after that is when i press to starting diagnosis it does say that i must turn on the ignition?? 

but the ignition is already on....

can someone tell me what the problem actually is?

Btw: The software is not genuine cracked one
