I tried for some weeks now, but I have no more idea. I see that there are other ones who know about the different GPS for C14 units. Can someone help me with this topic? Change C14 unit from Korea to EU. All worked fine except GPS. Can someone give a hint what to do? I´m out of ideas....

Did you tried several times Hard Reset? Perhaps yes.
One of problem if you are indoor the localisation is very bad.
Another problem is the GPS antenna. I observed not all are connecting to satelites very well and fast.

Hi, thanks for your answer. But this is not the problem. The c14 units have a different chipset for the GPS. The firmwares which are given are only updates. So you can change everything except the GPS. But the files are in special programming language. Without the right program you can't read them. I found one man, who find a solution. But he don't give it to the folk. And I don't want to pay more than 100€ for the solution because I don't really need the unit. its more a hobby.

C3 or C14 or whatever else model is build with it software to run.
6270 or 6276 are made for C14 only. If it was different version of firmware I could understand.
So a C14 with proper firmware MUST run well, just if all components hardware are OK. If in you board GPS chipset is damaged just change it (chipset or board) and that's all.

I didn't say is dead. I say that I can't finish download free ever, because is stopping in download istelf and at restart after 2h begin from 0 again.
Thank for you ideea to pay. I have to pay few dollars for every share site premium account it will be more.
Personally I give up, I don't need so much this firmware.

No, there is some kind of problem in the startup initialization, it seems that there is a custom firmware, in which there are some changes for gps. I have the same problem with rns from korea. I changed it via setconfig into the European version. Everything works except searching for gps satellites. What is interesting when switching to the service mode and then back to normal, the RNS begins to see all the satellites and navigation works fully, but exactly until the power is turned off. Re-enabling again does not see satellites
