There is M2 Competition that has 18_07 shipment and 19_03 current iStep and in the last version it's impossible to make a stage1 yet due to a new protection. And obviously, I tried to make a downgrade to 18_11 but the previous version of bootloader refused to install and SW files were also declined. Then I tried to return SW files from 19_03 but a mysterious protection laughed at me. 
So now I have bricked car with:

There are many log files because I tried to fix it many times using different E-Sys versions but always the same result

Flashing an older bootloader is generally problematic. What does ISTA show? Sometimes it can work miracles and restore bricked modules.

Doesn't seem to be "tuner protection" seems as if the new bootloader was either not patched correctly by your tool or correctly done. What tool are you using to tune this car?

I sent the car to officials and now wait for a miracle

I don’t have that tool. My customer has a tool that works on 18_11 and refuses flashing after update to 19_03, so we decided to downgrade and I fucked up the ecu

An official dealer did it by their ista+ without any problems 
I have no doubts doing it by myself with esys

Hi, I have faced with exactly the same issue. I tried to tune M2 comp build dat 04.2019, CMD flash was able to read software and after we have file ready we started flashing process. After few seconds it crashed. 

We tried esys but the problem was that the car Ilevel was 19-03-523 and we had esys with psdzdata a bit older. So there was a dependencies issue. However we turned on Ista online and it did a trick without any problens. 

After this issue we tried with Autotuner but they don't have a file or virtual read, none of them, kess, cmd, AutoTuner so there must be some protection I assume. 

I was wondering whether Bench could do the trick. 

Looking forward for any more information regarding this.

What do you mean by ISTA Online? ISTA with online connection to the official BMW services? If so, did you try to use ISTA without that connection?

In my opinion it does not matter. It does not have to be online. It can also be offline ISTA standalone or ESYS, but with the same version i-level as it is in a car or newer one.

The main question is. Is car or soft 19-3-xx really has Tuning protection ?
Does anyone know ?

Yes, I just didn't have newest psdzdata with me that's why I used online with BMW server.
