2007 Mercedes SL55 AMG roof issues
Roof does not open 
 to open the trunk, need to use key also trunk does not close automatically,
 scan the car wit xentry no errors ,where should i start?
took some print screens see attachment

Very probably the fault will be the PSE (central locking vacuum pump).
Possibly also a fault in the boot (trunk) latch.
PSE is in the boot (trunk) left hand side under the roof pump.

Do you have door locking / unlocking?
What message is displayed on the instrument cluster?

OK,
Now go into the rear SAM > Actual Values > Door Contact Switch / Trunk Lid

and record the values of the tumbler switch (S88/4) while you open and close the trunk (boot).


Have you tried reseting the PSE (by removing and replacing f71(yellow, 25A)) in the rear fuse box?
This may confirm if the issue is in the trunk latch.

OK, so you have a fault with switch S88/4 in the boot (trunk) latch, this is two microswitches, S1 & S2. or wiring or the rear SAM.
With the boot (trunk) fully closed, you should have , as in the attached picture, "Trunk Lid / Rotarytumbler CLOSED"
See the attached schematic and trace the fault from S88/4 to the rear SAM (N10/8). The connector, X8/4 is the one just to the rear of the PSE.
