I checked the ZB and it looks like the number of new dsc is newer version of your old number, so part seems to be correct. The newest ZBNR for your DSC is 6862871. Is this your current ZBNR in your ecu? Is hardware version of your old and new ecu is the same?

The only thing that comes to my mind after reading this thread is that you use old ISTA-P which does not know new number. Which version are you using?
