Hello I need some help,

When I was using ISTA-P today half way into the programming session I have this big message on screen,




   


Now this is when it gets bad for me the car is a costumers who was needing an update done this many times but now the car is completely bricked every single unit is has no response K15 is dead noting talks to the BMW,

What is this message I have never seen this in using software since I think early 2012,

Torrent from Spyder on here using launcher with ICOM ISTA-P 3.66.1.002, Also I see the voltage was gone

This message is now making me scared to do other cars I do this daily I can't understand why it would do this,

ISTA-P just locked up nothing was moving that message wouldn't move from the screen I left the laptop for 3 hours in hope it would go but nothing. I can recover the car but I need to know how or what caused this?

Message is from the loader. Usually appears due to tampering. But it will not cause ISTA/P to freeze.

Hi, Why is it thinking I tamper with it, How can I stop this ever happen again,

I used ISTA-P a much time without error all I do is update to new loader and put key in,

My ISTA-P never crash before until this  message  voltage goes away from K15-K30 and then all stop in progress you can see in screenshot voltage goes weird to 14v 0 30, Progress bar stops mid way I leave her for hours to respond but in end nothing I need to ALT TAB and end task and car is dead no problem I can restore,


I use loader 6.4L it says free on it when I put key in it loads fine voltage show as stable on both ports once going half way she stall with error what I do to fix this I see you have 6.5 in your page is this why we get error on activation now for normal I never seen this ever with loaders with u for years 

can u maybe suggest a repair

I don't pay for it how does I tampering with software all I do is play like normal I can't see why she say it to I don't find any post with this my luck is always bad now it thinks I am wrong when I just program cars dam

Sounds like your computer just froze up causing ISTA/P to hang and loader message to appear. All I can suggest is checking for hardware issues. Also ensure ICOM firmware is up to date and re-install ISTA/P etc.

Try to disconnect the car battery and you should restore communication. If not, your GW module might be bricked and needs replacement.

P.S. Next time, learn to use E-Sys for flashing, it's much more stable.

He can't use Esys on R56, only WinKfp+ NCSExpert
