That is PSdZData Full, which is different than BMW_ISPI_ISTA_FULL-SDP_4.16.10.istapackage.

Good morning,
In case I m currently using Rheingold ISTA 4.16.14+BLP 4.16.10+SDP 4.16.10 (the software is already installed and in use) am I able to update it to this version or this is a different software which must be separately installed? In case the update to this version is possible, how can I do it so that the software continue working?

You need to update first to 4.16.2x, them 4.16.3x, before you can install this 4.16.4x.
