Hi All

I want to update my firmware on my Audi A7 S Line (2012) 4G model.
I tried to get someone to enable the green menu through VCDS but they were not able to do it.
I also tried to enable it via the script - no luck.

I want to update the MMI Firmware and also get the latest 2018 Maps.

This is what my MMI Version is;

RMC_EU_P12321

Can anyone help, please?

For Maps Update you need as far as i know a changeable SD.

Unfortunately not "so easy" for map update on RMC. Beside the CID unit requires also PIN activation. Only few guys have solution for that but they need to have access to the unit. As far as I know RMC must be updated with modified firmware which disables pin and cid security..but to do that, unit must be connected to a PC with special interface and coding is performed via terminal..And before anyone asks, NO I don't have that solution and I don't know anything about the details.

as i knwow.....user armani 85 aka naviexpert.....aka armani....aka edgarw he has script for rmc units.....no need to take out units....

Maps unfortunately need to be done at a dealer or someone who has GeKO online access.

I've seen a couple of people on here who have claimed it can be done but everytime I've asked for more info, I never get a reply. Supposedly there's some guys in Eastern Europe which can do it if you send your unit to them but again never seen anything concrete.
