Hello all
I have a problem with my friends car. We tried to dpf off the 2006 bmw x3 2.0D he just bought, but failed.
The procedure.
1. Using galletto we copied the original software to be sure 
2. Cut, removed the dpf then welded the exhaust pipe
3.  Flashed a dpf off software he  found on a forum from a car with the same specs, same ecu
4. Reset the MAF.

Now the problem is that the car is loosing power. No fault codes are stored but the car is not accelerating as it should. Is like a safe mode. In live data the maf values never pass 600.

My question is do i have to disconnect sensors? or is there another procedure..?

do dpf off on you original file, do not use others. For dpf off here enough 1 byte switch in dump

Tried with volta now, same problem. The car is in revs up in 1 st gear up to 4500, 2 up to 3500, 3 up to 2800, 4 up to 2300 then looses power. No dtc s. 
With the original software i get 3 dtc- 2 particle filter full and 1 differential pressure sensor value to high.

Tried but the same . Car not revs more then 2500rpm. I did a reset of the dpf. No DTC- only the maf sensor never passes 600.
Should i try a new maf?
The thing is that this car worked before removing the dpf
Do i have to disconnect the dpf sensors?
Any ideas?

disconnect differential pressure sensor (before dpf) for test, but is is not necessary.
try to disconnect maf and test without him.

maybe something wrong on exhaust? it feels like the exhaust is blocked
