XZBMW  Retrofit problems
Hi folks, Got a 08/2005(#0305) E60 535d. Car had xenon lights from the factory and the previous owner didn't finish retrofitting Dynamic lights. Took a while to learn the coding and programming modules until all the modules have the same VIN number, mostly thanks to this forum by the way. 
Got a BMW Dynamic xenon written on the lenses of the car. Bought a LM II E6x AHL(LM2 ID_DATUM= 31.08.2009)
The wiring wasn't done correctly I rewired so the only three wires are functional instead of 4 according to tis 
Got the I stuffe sorted, Used WinKFP to update the software before I managed to get the ISTA/P working with the new module. 
This what I managed to do yesterday. Reset the Short circuit counter with tool32 on LM2, Had a 60 SMCS errors... 
I used my old LM module(AHL didnt worked previously as well) to do a retrofit using ISTA/P, everything was fine beside Coappi 1000 general error(see attachment for details) Tried to SG_codieren on 2LSMC and 2RSMC got error ecu_busy 2020 error. Even tried to change build date to #0307 and above with no luck, same error. Only thing I noticed I was able to do a SG_reset on both smsc's but cant codieren or read them got that ecu_busy error...



Anybody can give me advice? really need the AHL sorted... I also tried to retrofit Mulf2(6FL& 644 retrofit as original MULF died) without success.. Unable to read through the ICOM clone, it shows on the list, but can't read it/code it.. I read that I need to swap it in a LCI car and then code it(dont have the access to a LCI at the moment) or using the SSD file.. not that advanced yet... speechless  MULF2 is from x5, manufactured in 2015 if it helps.

Re checked the wires, all ok.
Noticed when I read LMA in NCS it reads LM_AHL_2.prg but if I try to read or sg_codieren 2LSMC/2RSMCs it reads from LM_AHL.prg although I have options in VO enabled 522, 524.... any suggestions?

Because you have to change build date temporally to 2008, then VO code, then change back to original date once all coded and working as expected.

Me again, could anybody with a access to the ASAP could get me the up to date EBA: 0412106 please? This one has a few mistakes at the end of the manual... http://bmweba.com/eba-01-29-0-412-108/amp/.. wiring is incomplete..

I did it few years ago on a E61. I don´t know the EBA number, but i used this guide:

You need ICOM with MOST connection so that you can successfully code the MULF module.

Your correct FA is 522 524 +MUEB (pre LCI car with LCI lamp), if you don't change the time criterion.
MULF: Read vin&fa then note it. Close ncs, then edit ediabas.ini REMOTE:MOST_ASYNC_AB625 and the port is 6802. Connect most adapter, then put manual your vin&fa in ncs, then code your mulf.

Thanks for the manual. Headlamps are pre-lci dynamic ones with a pre-lci connectors coming from the X12. I dont have to use the LCI adapter cables as they are not necessary, MUEB, as far as I know, would have to be used if I would have an LCI headlight, rear lights or both. All the lights are pre-lci on mine.  Going to try the MULF2High thing now..
