Hello,
I changed nbt with hw3.1. So I can flash it in id5 / 6 and have the carplay!
Can someone describe me the steps to follow?

I highly recommend flashing on the bench. My evo flash in the car failed, mainly due to bad FA I think but it failed during bootloader flash so the unit needed to be restored with UART. Finally I flashed it on the bench to 07-18. Even on the bench it failed a couple of times but this was due to messed up unit. Now it works fine. I have hw 4.1. WIFI / BT works fine.

it did not work but I found myself an HW3.1 just in case. So now I would like to flash the new device or to find someone to do it.

I guess you dont have the touchscreen. Then dont go higher as 18-03 else you will get black screen. Or upgrade the screen to touchscreen apix2.
