Just want to provide an update to everyone and thanks everyone on this forum for your help.
I have managed to fix the issue by restoring the HDD with a backup image that I made before I upgrade the HDD to SSD. All map function is back and things are looking good so far, the only downside is the map is back to 2010... I guess I will stop playing around with the map update as it is not really worth the money to upgrade the CIC as the car is pretty old already
