XZBMW  F30 328i US flashing ASCM
Hi fellas. 

I have got a customer that has been at BMW with his EU converted US car, and the car was software updated to latest ilevel. After flash, the car has got permanent seat occupancy fault at the passanger seat. Fault codes are 930A12 and 9309F4. 

I have tried to remove all EU specific FA options and recode and reflash ACSM, but with no success.

Typesclussel was as factory 3B33, but a couple options has been retrofitted. It was all removed and a FA out of vin decoder was created to make sure that it was all coded after factory vin. 

How do i help the customer here? VIN is F532590.

Been reading it is possible to disable seat mat occupancy for the passanger site, by coding CIS_Beifahrer > nicht_aktiv and disconnecting pins from the large connector under the seat. Is this possible before i go ahead and try on my customers car?

*EDIT*
Fault is fixed by coding CIS_Beifahrer > nicht_aktiv.

Didnt notice on this one. But no loose wiring was hanging underneath the seat.

For deactivation of airbags/seat mat sensors the sensor MUST be disconnected as the ECU is constantly metering the voltage/ohm and if the value ist not as expected it will activate a warning light.

I don't think it's good to disable the seat occupancy sensor... I've got an USA spec car, and when the passenger seat isn't occupied the dash airbag is disabled, so it's probably dangerous. Correct me if I'm wrong.
