Hello guys,
i have an Mercedes w204 320CDI planned, and that one is running an EDC17CP14 ECU. Kess suggests to use the tricore boot option and make a full backup. My question is if this Kess backup is the same as Ktag would do (EEPROM, IROM and FLASH) or would it be better to backup with Ktag? Or would you guys maybe do it different? My Kess is EU2.47. Mate mercedes don't have CP14. Maybe you have CP01 or CP10? And yes! if you use kess with tricore module or ktag is the same.
