sdconnect is it h/s
I have been trying to connect since the day it came, I have set the network adapter to the correct settings "I think"

I have installed xdos xentry 03.2019, key etc done go to configure no connection with the mux

Windows 7 X64

Is it me or does this mux need flashing although if you cant connect how can you flash it etc

I have added photos of the screen and if you need more info If i can give it i will

thanks

RE: sdconnect is it h/s
the firmware update will fix your issue, one of the fw files on the mux is corrupted it, insert batteries and connect the mux to a car to do the fw update

Ok, I have batteries in it and it is connected to a 12v supply so it thinks it is connected to a car for the purposes of the setup

I am going round in circles.

I have done a clean install of win7 pro just finished all the updates, I think my problem stems from the lan connection
I have put all the correct numbers in for the ip etc and it is saying it is a public network and a undefined network

I suspect that is where my errors are coming from

OR

Is that normal
for the moment i have not installed xentry back on untill i sort this problem

Any help on the network side would be very helpfull

Thanks

David

RE: sdconnect is it h/s
let make it clear
issue is NOT with your software on laptop, only with MUX.
Software on MUX must be updated.
So 6 rechargeable batteries in and go to Toolkit and do first 3 updates.
Simple !

I don't have a clue, but let me play more clever biggrin
