By Xprog you can only read these MC9S12xxx. So there is only one MCU FRM - MC9S12XEQ384

I connected in a same way, without extal and xclks, but coulnd read
mine is Chines clone.
what is xclks here?

i have ori xprog and it works every time and i did read over 20 now, so maibe you clone is the problem…..
