Yes ENET cable can work fine on 2017+ model with 16 pin OBD. 10 pind OBD will not work. Need ICOM.

Coded another S1000RR, but year 2018 to display speed above 299 kmph. Bike is also modified, but on dyno it shows 320 kmph max on display.

What is the difference between 2013 and 2018 bikes? Is there something more to change in ESYS coding?
Is there a Speed limiter?

Thanks.

let me understand what you do to get the dashboard over 299. is it just a rev limiter or you have to go around the dashboard?

RE: BMW S1000RR display speed 299+ coding
It is two thing:
- the dash can only displayed up to 299km/h (default) but the bike can go faster a bit more,
- with tunning can the bike go faser, but only with coding the dash can displayed up to 320Km/h

Have you tried to unlock "M" 16,000 RPM redline? It may be due to the engine rpm limit.
The engine may be damaged after the restriction is lifted, because it is said that the crankshaft and valves of the M version have been strengthened.

The model discussed by the author does not have a TFT dashboard, even if the TFT dashboard is turned on at 16000RPM, it has nothing to do with the DME speed limit
