So your unit is bricked during FW update. Don't panic, there is a way to recover it. Unfortunately it has to be disassembled and connecting to serial debug interface.
And sorry for asking, but how would green menu help you out on a display which is not working?

i think maybe i can go to green menu and force download firmware and to recover it.

I have seen this in the past when a rns850 was flashed with an audi FW.
Since rns850 is basically a 3GP unit there is a chance to activate Green menu via a shell script.
copy content of "Green Menu Activation" folder to a SD card. (3 folders and 3 files)

By the way the script isn't encrypted, you can check the source code itself.
The green menu setting is part of the adaptation, which isn't stored in the eeprom but in a sqlite database called "persistence."
The script changes the corresponding value in the DB, however a backup from the DB is created as well.

Any one knows about new firmware for rns850 ....p0825?or part number of him?customized p0824 he has a bug.....we cant use script to inject voice and lang....so we need new one.....

My last try to help you.
1. download this new script, tested and working on RNS850
2. format SD card to FAT32
3. copy content of "greenmenu on" to SD
4. car ignition on, wait 5 minutes after RNS boot up
5. insert SD card to LEFT slot
6. follow instruction by pressing any key
7. do not act like a 10 yo child next time write what you did what happened exactly
instead of writing nothing but sad smileys

+1. check SD card after execution a file is created (.done) if script is done.
