Is there a post, web page or document that describes all the systems/files available for BMW coding/flashing/troubleshooting/etc?

I am talking about the systems ISTA-D, ISTA-P, ETK, SDP, DIS, PSdZData and any other.

I have already got ISTA-D and ETK working but it would be helpful if I (and maybe others) had some idea what all these do or are capable of.

ISTAD : Diagnosis E and F series
ISTA+ : Diagnosis and control unit flashing and coding E series(Diagnosis only),F and G series (diagnosis and flashing)
ISTAP : Control unit flashing and DEALER coding of ECUs, E and F(part) series
Esys : Control unit flashing and USER coding of ECUs F,G series
ETK : Electronic parts Catalogue
SDP : ECU Program files for ISTA+, contains PSDZsata (ECU flash files)
DIS : Old BMW diagnosis software, superseded by ISTA
INPA : Old diagnosis software
WINKFP : E Series flashing program, same as later ISTAP but cant code
NCSExpert : Coding software E series

Flashing - Writing to ECU operating software, similar to operating system in a computer
Coding - Selecting functionality of a control unit e.g enabling light module to light up a bulb normally or more brightly
diagnosis - Reading error, deleting errors and in ISTA, advise on how to carry out fault probing; making basic resets to car ecus


That is a simple as I would put it to a newbie. I think I saw such a thing in one of the American BMW forums.
