hello friends

I wanna ask if there is any possibility to disable key security (total key reception) in Chevrolet spark 2004 model. I failed to program a key, so are many key technicians around here. Seems like the car was tampered with before me. I once posted about it last year. I was told to make keys by OBD of which failed, so were other key technicians that tried. the car has been grounded for a year now...nobody tries now...i think immo box received more comands that it cannot take it anymore..the best way is to do immo off of which the owner is okay with..
