This is not Full SDP File. It is just the PSDZDATA File Folder.

If anybody has "BMW_ISPI_ISTA_FULL-SDP_4.17.XX.istapackage" usable with IstaLauncherConsole

there is no full sdp 4.17, it is a simple update with 4.16 so you need the 4.16 installed and update 4.17 with istalauncher to have the full.

I know, but normaly with every major release a full major SDP file (with ~70gb) is distributed.
So you can clear all the former delta sdp files...

It is BMW_ISPI_ISTA_FULL-SDP_4.17.10.istapackage.  

If you have .zip extension, just change extension from .zip to .istapackage.

That is incorrect.  This is 4.17.10 Full.  It needs nothing from 4.16.xx.

Thanks again, in my case pshoeys Ista Launcher console  asks for the following files to install the newest versions from scratch. One older blp file will be requested every time.. But later you are up to date.

Less files. Just compare the amount of files in the screenshot with your archive.
The result is off course the same.
