car have 2 keys first one working good and start every time but with second car no crank (sometimes it working good and start with second key too)

engine dtcs: 4A42 DDE:EWS interface error

ews dtcs: key number 3 not valid becouse of wrong password

engine ecu m47 and ews3 sync with inpa not possible

key is problem or ews? possible to solve this issue?

tools i have: inpa, svci2020, vvdi2, launch x431 and many programmers

Hi I think it is key problem.
What do you mean spare key, plastic key or 2nd remote?

both keys are identical with remotes and both looks like original keys
if it is key problem is there a way to fix it? solder or change something on pcb board?
or need to order new key from aliexpress and programm new key?

edit: opened not working key and it have transponder chip independient from pcb board
pcb board is for remote only (remote working good)
transponder is problem or ews3 module?

issue solved
moved transponder closer to the edge of the plastic fob now every time car start with this key
probably transponder was too far from the ignition coil antenna
