ASAP portal is for BMW dealers only, you won't get access that easy, I'm sorry !

There is aftermarket portal, but it is only for programming/diagnosis and it can be very expensive.

not full function like asap, but for workshop is ok

I never found out how to download the FSC packs and retrofit manuals via AOS. I guess you need ASAP?

Yes, for this you need the ASAP. FSCs I think will be downloaded by AOS automatically, but only the ones which were installed from factory at the car.
