You actually need the Icom "box" /next /A1 to have full access .. + icom D cable

INPA folder, ediabas folder (or ini files) 
Com port and other settings
Also photo of k+dcan adapter. 

I have all of these but I can't connect neither F800ST (2008) nor R1200RT (2005).

Some cheap 16 to 10 pin adapters  have incorrect wiring.  First time Your need to check this (the schematic You are find in internet) . Usually You are need the 4 wires for connection (K line, 12V suply, Gnd, and ignition (optional)).  In port settings You are need to set the latency value to minimum.
