I can not access to my account vvdi mb tool.
when i log in my account vvdi mb tool , it  is my vvdi2 account that appears.
and i have this message "already combined by other customer", look at the picture.
what does that mean?

It looks like it has already been registered/binded to someone else's account/Email

Is it brand new or second hand??

I recorded one interface via website with my number phone and email.

some time later , the another via my phone number (no email option they stopped option email).

The xhorse company is having lots of issues like this recently, its very difficult to get them to take notice. Their app doesnt work on phones with android 9 and they know this yet still wont update the app a year later

i tried to contact them via online service under the App ,one week offline..

only solution, is unbinding the interface on another customer....
i have to contact xhorse for that...

i had the company xhorse , i had 2 accounts number phone one under 07xxxxxxxx and another under 7xxxxxxxx
then warning when you register your number phone with and without 0

i hope you will help you too.
