My Brother have a 11-2013 C4 with DELL 630. It was a Bundle. 

Must he Update the C4 to work with 03-2019 or 12-2018?

Hi,please help..I have x.passthru version 03.2019 and vas 5054a on windows7 32 bit and all beautiful works on models up to 2013. whether i will work with windows 32bits be working on models w205, w222 and models from 2017,2018,2019 year. .thank you
