XZBMW  BMW EDC16c35 eeprom checksum calculating
Hi I I have  e70 with  damaged  ECU. So  costumer  brought new/used ECU  and  asked me  to  match  ISN. I've  read  CAS  got  DDE  ISN , read out   DDE eeprom and  when  I load  to  ISN  tool  it  won't  show  vin number  and  after  ISN  written  eeprom checksum error.  So I just  went  ahead  and  swapped ISN  bites in  eeprom and  wrote  back  to  DDE eeprom .  Plugged in to a car done  synchronization DDE/ews , got  results  OK.  Car  still  not  starting  and  ews  manipulation  error  say on,  plus  actual  eeprom checksum wrong  and  give  a fault  internal error.  
So  my question is  : can  I get  eeeprom checksum calculacalculator  somewhere or  can  I calculate  manually  checksum  for  EDC 16 .

many times read bdm and write bdm file back in new ecu do sincro with dde and worked no problem
 dpf egr dtc off adblue glowplug limp mode off. ford  volvo edc16c34 available me email [email protected]
