need dump cas3
hi, i need flash for cas 3 for E87.
I think my flash or eprom is corrupted.
I have find similair dump but is not same.

I search this : 

Motorola 9S12xdp512
Mask 0L15Y

61.35-9217853-01
2093341326
Siemens 5WK4 9515ABR
