I have ISTA 4.11.30 currently installed and I need to update to 4.17.x - can someone tell me the correct files I need to download and place in SharedStorage to achieve this as I have been trying for 2 days and getting nowhere.

Ok, so I placed a FULL SDP into the shared storage but I now get the error on the launcher:

"No ISTA Installation datacould be found" - "Please check in the ISPI Admin Client, if ISTA packages are currently being downloaded and wait until this is completed"

the log says the following but those files are in Shared Storage.

I have a new licence installed so that should not be the problem  -any suggestions?
