Why is the connection to the car so bad? Enet?

Also, which ISTA+ is your version? Some ecus are missing on the older versions. Seen this on E46, E39, where as if i got over to ISTA/P it was fine.

Car Start engine ?
I've already seen something similar recently, one car had main connector of the CAS4 not connected well, other car some wiring problems between CAS4 and JBOX.
While for EPS through teamviewer I can make it appear in ECU list

car start and all work fine just the problem is EPS not in the list , sorry i have no internet connection in the work shop so it you can help here or in pm will be great from you

i understand that if you lose connection or power for any moudule it must be listed but in red as no comunication so i didnt want to lose days of work finaly customer ask to fix EPS only 
so i dont know are you sure it's connection problem

zgw have close port flexray for EPS
you must open with tools32
Open ZGW01.prg run Job status_Flexray_pfad
port state is:
EIN  = open (0x01)
AUS = close (0x00)
after try open port close (AUS)

run job
steuern_flexray_pfad
with argument:
0x00;0x01 (for port 0)
0x01;0x01 (for port 1)
0x03;0x01 (for port 3)
ect..

thank you  EPS appear again and working but i got a fault with flex ray  that's a real fault or it's need ports closed and opend again to remove that fault

Check main power connector. It looks like one piece but inside there are two metal parts soldered together. I had problem once with EPS on F10 where there was bad connection between these two pieces. I could backprobe connector and see full voltage, but proper voltage was not present at EPS.
