I am new to this business, I would like to expand my knowledge in this Area. 
I started a few months ago with "USB-> OBD2-K-dcan cable" everything worked fine, when I wanted to update my CIC with OBD2  (I suddenly got "BSOD" I knew right away that's not good, because I am programming professional high-voltage switchgears.
Now I have bought the original BMW ICOM NEXT A + B.
Since then nothing works and I can not get any Further. 


My Vehicle
335i E91 N55 7.2011


My Computer
HP ProBook 6570b win10, SSD500, 16GBRam

Now I need your help and experience

1. Does anyone have a Full Software Packlage solution that he could offer me?   
(I format pc more often, because I need it for test)

2. what do you think my CIC is broken? do I need a retrofit? FSC repair pack?     
(Black screen, The fans run on full throttle

3. Should I remove the CIC or can I have it installed in the vehicle?
