He means if you have the x64 Java inside your E-sys map. Because E-sys uses the version in that map instead of the "normal" map where Java is installed.

Just installed Java x64 again and copied to jre in the e-sys install location EC-Apps/ESG/E-Sys/jre and no change. This is infuriating!

E-Sys is starting properly. The problem is only with the launcher.

ISTA 4.46.14, ISTA 4.46.11 SDP, ISTA-P 72.0, ISTA Launcher 1.46

So reinstalled Java x64 and x86, launcher pro and all versions of E-Sys. The 32 bit versions run from the launcher but the 64 bits still won’t run from launcher but they run fine natively. I am on the latest insider build 1903 with all updates. Could this be an authentication issue? Is it possible to remove the authentication from launcher and reapply it? I’m not overly familiar with how it seems to work.

Just tried that, still won’t run. There is no error, it just shows the launcher graphic which spins for a bit then just disappears, no errors, just doesn’t run.

I've the same problem launcher stopped working, it isn't possible to validation the activation on both validation options (static and dynamic)..

Check your PC's system time is correct or not.
Any discrepancy greater than 30 seconds will result in failed authentication.
