Did you try to uninstall the launcher and delete the launcher pro folder in the appdata folder. then reinstall it. it worked on the win 7 pc.
on the win 10 pc i deleted the latest win update and reinstalled it. now the launcher works too. i don‘t want to try anything else now, until a proper solution is found. ISTA 4.46.14, ISTA 4.46.11 SDP, ISTA-P 72.0, ISTA Launcher 1.46

I've tried to delete the tokenmaster folder in de appdata, and delete the latest windows update.
Unfortunately no luck.... I think it has to be something with the activation code limit, when you login to fxxtokenmaster.com you can check the key's I've reached my limit some how.... Edit: running on Windows 1903 |

Bit the bullet and went for a re-install of windows straight to 1903. Got sick of messing about. All working fine again.
