I have just changed my MAF sensor for another ‘good used’ one and am I right that I should reset it’s adaptation with ISTA?

I’ve found a tutorial online on how to do it but ISTA 4.17.23 is different and when I find the Mass Air Flow reset adaptation function it comes up with resetting that sensor but also together with the EGR and Swirl Flaps.

Now my car is going in for carbon clean up as it’s definitely got intake port soothing and the the swirl flaps are partially jammed. Will resetting this group of adaptations be advised? Or may be I should reset them when the carbon clean up has been done?

Any way of resetting just the MAF alone? Older versions of ISTA allowed this.

Each model is different in the reset options, am assuming you have a diesel (?) 

Saying this each ISTA new version has new improved test modules so the old ISTA may reset the AMM adapted values along but in the new versions may not be an option anymore because BMW recognized that would create other adaptation to err therefore have to clear other adapted values with AMM together.
