Hexprog is excellent. Well worth the money, and I believe it does everything you need.
Beware the clone garbage, all it takes is one corrupted EEPROM to make the Hexprog look REAL affordable. Plus you don't need to remove components or cut traces on CAS4.
CG Pro also does everything you need, though FRM will require some navigation. Pretty solid tool that makes keys for under $300.

HexProg till now don't do M35160WT - only read is possible .

Buyed xprog 5.74 clone, it do everything i need and payed only 150 euros, changed vin+km in cas, changed vin and km in kombi and recovered frm2/3 corrupted eprom.

So it does as much as it should do the equipment for 150 Euro, if you want more optionsthen you have to spend more money, especially when it comes with new features. You can also write for X-Prog support regarding new functions
