Its too complicated, noone will share it for free.

Converson its not hard, and very similiar to mmi 3g+. Map activation is harder.

In theory conversion is the same, but there are more checks in the software and unit will not accept the new software that easy as it was in MMI.
Activation is other thing and different for every firmware version.

You have to change the region and the accepted train variant (us models doesn't accept eu firmware official)
After that the fec I'll be invalid and new map I'll be disabled. The second step is generate valid fsc and upload last step is Update the map to the latest.

If you need you can activate carplay if the car is equipped with usb hub.
When the car doesn't have usb hub, you have to make the conversion via serial rs232, if the car is equipped with usb hub  all can be done via Ethernet.
