I tried through Kess V2 Clone 5.017 with K-Suite 2.47 but there is no such protocol.
I'm a little desperate and checked every forum possible.

As you found no suitable tool and if you put more details of the ECU internals such as types of MCU, memory and maybe photo, there might be someone being able to tell some alternative option.

is a write only

if you cant get the original file you will need to remove the pcb from the ecu housing,top and bottom and use ktag to jtag connection to it to getr full read out . i recently had to do a customers vehicle as no write only file was available in database

be carefull removing the pcb from the second half of ecu case,dont prise board

Unfortunately, I only have Clone Kess v2 5.17 version

And TAG 7.20 which I understand do not support this version
